Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your account inside Yerlo. This removes your Supabase Auth account, RevenueCat customer record, and cloud Favorites. It does not cancel an Apple subscription.

1. Open Yerlo and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete Account.
3. Reauthenticate with Apple or Google.
4. After deletion, Yerlo clears the local session and Favorites.
5. If subscribed, manage or cancel separately in your App Store account settings.

Can’t access the app?

Email ulas.san@gmail.com with an account deletion request. We may verify account ownership for security.

What is deleted?

Your authentication account, RevenueCat customer record, and synced favorite place identifiers are deleted. Apple transaction records and data that must be retained for security, accounting, or legal obligations may remain only for the required period.
