KVKK Disclosure

This notice explains personal-data processing under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Data controller and collection

The data controller is Ulaş Sancak, Bakırköy, Istanbul, Türkiye. Data is collected electronically through app use, optional Apple/Google sign-in, and support email.

Categories and purposes

Identity and contact data support account authentication; favorite identifiers provide sync; location and search data return nearby results; interaction, device, crash, and diagnostic data secure, maintain, and improve the service; support correspondence answers requests and meets legal duties.

Legal grounds and transfers

Data is processed where necessary to provide the requested service, establish or perform the user relationship, meet legal obligations, establish or protect rights, and pursue legitimate interests without harming fundamental rights. With consent where legally required, data may be processed by or transferred to Apple, Google/Firebase, Supabase, and their infrastructure outside Türkiye under applicable safeguards.

Retention

Favorites remain until removed or the account is deleted. Other data is retained only for its stated purpose, provider settings, security, limitation periods, and legal duties, then deleted or anonymized where applicable.

Your Article 11 rights

You may ask whether your data is processed, request information, learn its purpose and recipients, request correction or deletion, object to certain automated results, or claim compensation where the legal conditions apply. Send requests to ulas.san@gmail.com. Identity verification may be required.
